JDUG Management Team -Olivia Holcombe

The SouthWestern Association (SWA) has been the management organization for JDUG since 2008. From our offices in Kansas City, Mo., the SouthWestern Association helps a diverse group of associations achieve the goals of continuity, stability, efficiency and profitability desired by most groups.

Founded in 1889, the SouthWestern Association was established by a progressive group of independent hardware and farm implement/mercantile dealers to help increase their profitability and solve common problems. While the Association's scope of interest has evolved over time, the basic concept of working together for the common good remains the same. SouthWestern Association serves equipment dealers of all sizes and brands throughout their territory, which includes Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico.

JDUG’s executive director is Olivia Holcombe, CAE. She has been with SouthWestern Association, JDUG’s management organization, since 1994 and involved in the Association management profession since 1976. Olivia manages the day-to-day activities of JDUG and acts as primary liaison to the Board of Directors. She is the point of contact for members on any issue. She holds a Masters Degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) and received her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 1997, and the certificate of completion from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management in 1999.

At the SouthWestern Association we have a passion to serve our members and see our clients prosper. Combining responsiveness and capability with impressive value, the SouthWestern Association's highly trained management and staff also manage a number of other trade and professional associations. We are dedicated to serving members, whether those members are SouthWestern Association members or members of your organization. We have been able to maintain a superior level of service by creating economies of scale through sharing of staff and resources with our clients.

We view ourselves as an important part of the team. We work closely with the executive committee, board and committee chairs of JDUG to achieve the organization’s goals. Feel free to call us at 800-762-5616 about any question or concern.
