JDUG’s Executive Director is Jennifer Orr. Jennifer has worked in association management and event operations since 1995 and has served as JDUG’s primary management and operational lead since 2020.
Jennifer oversees the day-to-day activities of JDUG and serves as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, John Deere, exhibitors, vendors, and members. Her responsibilities include organizational operations, board coordination, annual conference planning and execution, financial and compliance coordination, member communication, and ongoing support of JDUG initiatives throughout the year.
JDUG operates through a collaborative partnership between the Executive Director, the JDUG Board of Directors, and John Deere, with a strong focus on continuity, communication, responsiveness, and long-term organizational stability.
Jennifer works closely with the Executive Board, committee leaders, and John Deere representatives to help ensure JDUG programs, meetings, and events run smoothly and continue delivering value to the dealer community.
